Large Item & Palletised Delivery
Bigger items like cultivators, toppers, trailers and bulk spares go out on pallets with our regular hauliers. Please have a read through the steps below before you order.
How it works
- Once your order is on its way, the haulier will ring or text you to book in a delivery slot that works for you.
- Kerbside delivery is standard, so the driver will drop off at the nearest firm, accessible ground.
- Please make sure there's enough room for an 18-tonne lorry. If you've got narrow lanes or tricky access, let us know at checkout.
- Need a tail-lift or HIAB to help unload? Just ask, we can sort it for an extra charge.
- Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to sign for the goods and check them over.
Everything is fully insured while it's on the move. Please check the pallet when it arrives and note any damage you can see on the driver's paperwork.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves us, we'll email you with the courier and tracking number. You can also see live updates in your Agritrend account under My Orders.
- Small parcels: tracked with Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce.
- Pallets: tracked with Palletways, Pall-Ex or our chosen haulier.
- Machinery: our logistics team will be in touch directly to book a delivery slot.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If there's nobody in when the driver calls, they'll leave a card telling you how to rebook or collect. For pallet deliveries, if we can't get in or nobody's around, there may be a re-delivery charge.
If your order turns up damaged
- Sign for it as "damaged", or turn it away if the damage looks bad.
- Let us know within 48 hours at info@agritrend.co.uk and send us some photos.
- We'll get a replacement, repair or refund sorted as quickly as we can.
International Shipping
Right now, we only deliver within the UK, which includes Northern Ireland and the Crown Dependencies. We don't ship to the Republic of Ireland, mainland Europe or anywhere else overseas at the moment.
If you're buying from abroad and you're interested in our kit, please get in touch with our sales team. We can point you towards freight-forwarding partners who regularly handle exports for our customers.
